Does the hotel offer parking? Hotel G offers Self-Assisted Parking at Westin St. Francis Garage located at 340 Geary Street, just a few steps away from hotel. Includes 24-Hour in and out access. Standard size vehicles are $45 plus tax per night, and oversized vehicles are $55 plus tax per night. More information and directions provided at check-in.

Does the hotel have a fitness center/gym? Yes, our Techno Gym fitness room offers a unique mix of equipment and is open 24/7.

Does the hotel have handicapped-accessible rooms? Yes, please call for specific accessibility needs.

Does the hotel charge an urban/facilities fee? Yes, Hotel G applies a $29 +tax/night G Life fee.

What amenities are included in the G Life fee? Enjoy a Boxed Water, unlimited WiFi access, onsite Techno Gym, in-room Nespresso machine with unlimited coffee pods and tea, signature bath amenities, and in-room BeyondTV GuestCast service to watch your favorite streams. Also available upon request: microwave oven, tea kettle, bathrobe, slippers.

Does the Hotel provide airport transportation? Hotel G does not offer airport transportation.

How do I get to Hotel G from the airport? There are several services available, including ride shares, taxis, and public transportation such as BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). The Powell Street BART station is the closest BART station to the hotel.

Is the hotel pet-friendly? Hotel G does not accept pets, including emotional support animals. Only service animals are allowed.

Does the hotel require a credit card upon check-in? A valid photo ID and a credit card are required upon check-in. Hotel G authorizes $75 per night on the credit card provided as a temporary authorization hold, in case of any incidentals. If no extra charges are incurred, the hold will be released. Processing time may take 5-14 business days depending on your bank, and longer if using a debit or international card.

Does the hotel accept cash payments? No, Hotel G does not accept cash.

Is there a meeting room and how do I book it? Our full-service meeting room brings innovation and style sure to inspire and ignite creativity for small meetings and receptions. An 11-foot hard-wired walnut boardroom table allows for direct computer plug-ins to stream presentations on the large 72″ flat screen smart television. There is seating for a 10-person meeting, while a separate area for casual conversation is outfitted with a mid-century tufted black leather sofa, a walnut coffee table, Herman Miller chairs, and a hand-dyed woven rug. Do you offer Late Check-Out? Late Check-Out is subject to availability and fees may apply. Please check with our Front Desk staff for more information.

Do you offer Early Check-In? Early Check-In is subject to availability and fees may apply. We recommend booking the previous night if early check-in is a must.

Does Hotel G have a Bellperson? Hotel G does not offer Bellperson luggage assistance. Luggage carts are available.

Do you offer a Rollaway Bed? Not all room types can accommodate a rollaway bed. Rollaway beds are available on a first-come-first-serve basis at a nightly fee of $30 plus tax per night.

Do you have a Business Center? Hotel G does not offer a business center, but our Front Desk Staff will be happy to assist with printing needs or recommendations.

Is there a refrigerator in the room? All rooms at Hotel G are equipped with a mini-fridge.

Do you offer allergy-free rooms (latex and  feathers)? We try our best to accommodate allergy-related requests, please contact the hotel directly for more information prior to arrival.

What amenities are available in the room? Laptop sized safe, full-length mirror, blackout shades, hair dryer, Nespresso machine, BeyondTV Guest Cast, iron and full-size ironing board, A/C/Heater, mini-fridge, and signature bath amenities.

What is Hotel G’s smoking policy? The entire Hotel G property is 100% Non-Smoking. A $500 penalty fee will be charged for violations of smoking or vaping any product.

Does the hotel have an ATM? There is no ATM inside the hotel, but several ATMs are available within walking distance.

Does the hotel provide adapters? For international guests, we offer European travel plug adapters.

Does Hotel G have a restaurant? Yes, Corzetti Italian restaurant is adjacent to the hotel. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Brunch is available Saturdays and Sundays.

Does Hotel G have room service? Takeaway food can be ordered via QR code in the guest rooms to be picked up at the restaurant.

Can I have packages sent to the hotel? Yes, our package policy is the first three packages are complimentary. After the third package, there is a $5 fee per package. In addition, any package weighing over 10lbs will also be charged $5 per every 10lbs.

Can I store my bags before check-in and after check-out? Yes, the front desk is happy to hold your luggage while you explore the city.

What is the minimum age for check-in? There is no minimum age for check-in, however, for guests 17 and under, we require a parent or guardian authorization letter.

Does the hotel offer laundry services? Hotel does not offer onsite laundry service, however, staff can provide several options including Laundry Heap and Rinse for pickup and delivery.

What is the hotel cancellation policy? See your confirmation for the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

What forms of payment does the hotel accept? Hotel G accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Hotel does not accept cash.

Does the Hotel have a pool or spa? Hotel G does not have a pool or spa onsite. Please ask at the front desk for spa recommendations.
