1. Public Areas & Facilities

Temperature check for guests and staffs
Guests and staffs are required to wear face masks in public areas
Maximum of 4 guests per lift marked with safe distancing stickers
Regular sanitization in high-traffic areas
Hand sanitizers available for guests & staffs
Staffs are required to regularly wash their hands
Staff with symptoms are required to stay at home

2. Check-in

Contactless check-in and check-out
QR Code entrance registration for guests and staffs

3. In-Room

All linens are sanitized with high-temperature wash
